Start work on reorganizing easyffmpeg
...
Goals:
1. Check if the biggest subtitle was selected and produce a warning
otherwise
2. Allow more different subtitle languages, follow a set preference
of order
3. More audio languages

Disable some arguments that are rarely used

The first subtitle will be set to default in every case.
The script will be executed by default without -e
